1) Getting Started
Q1. What is Femova?
A membership community with free and paid tiers, events, product bundles (for eligible plans), and an
optional ESG-linked NFT “8-Year Mission.”
Q2. How do I join?
Create an account at app.femova.co. Choose Community (Free), Paid (Standard), or Paid Upgraded
(NFT) at checkout.
Q3. Is there an age requirement?
You must have legal capacity under applicable law. Parents/guardians should supervise minors as
required.
2) Plans, Features & Benefits
Q4. What do I get with the Free (Freemium) plan?
- Community access
- Up to 10 free events per member (total; availability not guaranteed)
- Not included: gift cards, product bundles, NFT access
Q5. What’s included in the Paid (Standard) plan?
- All Free features + paid-member event access (subject to availability)
- Product bundles unlock after 3 consecutive paid months (the “Qualifying Period”). Eligibility
continues only while your subscription is active and in good standing.
- Cancel anytime (effective at end of current billing period)
Q6. What’s included in the Paid Upgraded (NFT) plan?
- All Paid (Standard) benefits
- NFT access unlocks after 3 consecutive paid months (Qualifying Period)
- Optional 8-Year Mission (see §4) with ESG utilities; program-level goal of 3,840 t COne reduction
across 8 years
Q7. What are “product bundles” and gift cards?
Partner perks that may include bundled products/services or gift cards (via third parties such as
Amilon).
- Availability, scope, and quantities are limited and can change.
- Eligibility starts only after the Qualifying Period and remains active while your plan is paid and in
good standing.
- Third-party terms apply.
3) Billing, Renewal, Refunds & Cancellations
Q8. How am I billed?
Monthly, in CHF, via our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
Q9. Can I cancel anytime?
- Paid (Standard): yes—effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Paid Upgraded (NFT): you can request cancellation anytime; special rules apply if you have joined
the 8-Year Mission (see §4).
Q10. Do you offer refunds?
Fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Q11. What if my payment fails or I downgrade?
Access may be paused. For Upgraded (NFT), failed payments/downgrades interrupt status and may
suspend NFT utilities. Re-qualification (3 paid months) may be required when you return.
4) Upgraded (NFT), 3-Month Qualifying Period & 8-Year Mission
Q12. What is the 3-month Qualifying Period?
You must complete 3 consecutive paid months with no failed/late payments to unlock NFT access
(Upgraded) and product bundles (Standard & Upgraded). Unlock begins the next billing cycle.
Q13. How does the 8-Year Mission work?
After NFT unlock, you may opt into a long-term ESG-linked program targeting 3,840 t COne
reduction at program level (not an individual guarantee).
- Mission utilities require continuous Upgraded membership.
Q14. Is there a cashback?
Femova does not offer financial returns or investment payouts.
As part of the long-term 8-Year Mission, members who complete the full 96 months of uninterrupted participation may receive a mission recognition benefit, which is a symbolic appreciation reward for completing the entire program.

If a member exits early or does not meet continuity requirements, the recognition benefit does not apply.
Q15. Can I leave the 8-Year Mission early?
Yes. You may request early exit at any time.
Early exit rules:
1. Legal or regulatory requirement
If law, compliance, sanctions, or regulatory rules require termination:

No future mission-linked benefits are available
2. Voluntary early exit (Member request)
If you request to exit before completing the 8-Year Mission:

All mission-related recognitions already granted must be returned, revoked, or disabled

No refunds apply for the current billing period
3. Fair-Policy Consideration
If you return the NFT and have not used mission utilities, Femova may (at its full discretion) allow an early exit.
This still results in losing all mission-related benefits.
Q16. Is the NFT a financial product?
No.
The NFT is a digital recognition badge used solely for access and participation in Femova programs.
It is:

Not tied to market value,

Not guaranteed to be transferable or tradeable.
Secondary markets (if any exist externally) are not supported, promoted, or guaranteed by Femova.
5) Events & Community
Q17. How do events work?
Capacity-limited; RSVP/ID may be required. Admission isn’t guaranteed.
Q18. Code of conduct?
Be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity. Violations may lead to removal without
refund.
Q19. Will events be recorded?
They may be photographed/recorded for Femova promotion. If you object, please notify us in writing
before the event.
6) ESG & Partners
Q20. Who is Trees Life International Ltd?
Our partner for ESG-based NFT utilities (e.g., tree-planting, impact dashboards).
- Femova curates access and communication.
- TLI plans/executes projects and manages data under its own terms.
- Impact numbers (survival rates, locations) are best-effort and may change; not guaranteed offsets
unless explicitly labeled.
Q21. Do product bundles/gift cards involve partners?
Yes—often fulfilled by third parties (e.g., Amilon). Their terms and privacy policies apply.
7) Your Privacy & Data (GDPR + Swiss nFADP)
Q22. Who controls my data?
- Femova as Controller: For data you give us directly (e.g., account, support), Femova is Data
Controller.
- Third-Party Tools (Independent Responsibility): Wix, Google (Analytics/reCAPTCHA/Workspace),
Jitsi, Amilon, and others may process data under their own policies when you use their embedded
features. Some act as our processors (under contract) strictly for our purposes; others act as
independent controllers for their own purposes.
Q23. What data do you collect?
- You provide: name, email, password, language, billing details, communications, preferences.
- Automatic: IP/device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies; security logs.
- From partners: eligibility/fulfillment data (e.g., vouchers), conferencing metadata (Jitsi).
Q24. Why do you process my data?
- Provide and operate services (contract)
- Improve security/performance (legitimate interests)
- Communicate with you (contract/legitimate interests)
- Femova marketing (consent or legitimate interests—opt-out available)

Q26. Do you transfer data internationally?
Possibly. We use safeguards like EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other
lawful mechanisms.
Q27. How long do you keep data?
As long as needed for the stated purposes (e.g., account life + necessary period for
support/backups/legal). Then we delete or anonymize.
Q28. What are my rights?
Access, rectification, deletion, restriction/objection, portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a
complaint (EU/EEA & Switzerland). Contact support@femova.co. We may need to verify your
identity.
Q29. Children’s data?
Services aren’t intended for children under 16 (or local age). Contact us if you believe a child’s data
was collected.

Q30. Do you use cookies?
Yes—essential cookies for operation/security; preference cookies; and (if you consent)
analytics/marketing cookies.
Q31. How do I control cookies?
Use our Cookie Banner / Settings to accept, reject, or fine-tune categories (except essential). You
can also control cookies in your browser.

Q35. What law applies and where are disputes heard?
Swiss law (without conflict-of-laws rules). Courts of [Canton/City, Schwyz, Zurich], subject to mandatory
consumer law.
Q36. Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Where mandatory consumer law applies (e.g., EU digital content rules), we’ll inform you at
checkout/confirmation. In Switzerland, no general statutory right unless we grant it.
Q37. Can you change features, prices, or terms?
Yes. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use after the effective date
means you accept the updates.
