Controller vs. Third-Party Responsibility
Femova as Controller. When you create an account, communicate with us, or otherwise provide data directly to Femova (e.g., name, email, preferences, support requests), we act as the Data Controller. We decide the purposes and means of this processing and handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (GDPR / Swiss nFADP).
Third-Party Tools (Independent Responsibility). Our Services may integrate third-party providers and platforms (for example: Wix for website hosting/components, Google services such as Analytics/reCAPTCHA, Jitsi for video meetings, Amilon for voucher fulfillment, and other tools we may add from time to time).
These providers may independently collect and process your data when you interact with their features, widgets, embeds, or links.
In such cases, they act as independent controllers (or, where applicable, as our processors strictly under our instructions).
Their data practices are governed solely by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control and are not responsible for how these third parties process your data outside of our documented instructions.
Please read third-party policies carefully before using their features:
Wix: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
Google (e.g., Analytics / reCAPTCHA): https://policies.google.com/privacy
Jitsi (Meet): https://jitsi.org/security/
Amilon (vouchers): https://www.amilon.eu/privacy-policy/
How we choose roles.
Where a provider processes personal data only on our behalf and for our purposes (e.g., hosting, email delivery), we engage them as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Where a provider sets its own purposes/means (e.g., its own analytics, login accounts with that provider, or cross-service profiling), it acts as an independent controller.
Your choices. You can limit or disable third-party data collection by:
Using our cookie/consent settings to restrict non-essential third-party scripts,
Adjusting your browser or device privacy settings, and
Reviewing and managing preferences directly with the third parties listed above.
Questions or requests.
For data we control, contact us at info@femova.co. For data controlled by a third party, please contact that provider directly via their privacy policy.
